Software Support Service (3S) is dedicated to serve an business or organization who is using the business solutions or software distributing by Pronom Technology such as ERP, Human Resource, CRM etc.. We understand that their users always need a fast response from the software support engineer but they don’t want to spend money on something they think they didn’t use.

Pronom Technology would like to introduce a genius support option which is called “Token” based. There are 3 Tokens you; as a customer, can choose including Starndard, Advanced and Premium Token.

Standard Token:

Normal priority response. You contact our support team during the weekday Monday to Friday from 8:00AM to 17:00PM excluding the National Holiday. You will be contacted within one business day. The task will be charged hourly base.

Advanced Token:

A medium priority response. You normally will be contacted within 4 hours after raising the case. From 7:00AM to 19:00PM everyday of the week, you can raise your issue.  The task will be charged hourly based.

Premium Token:

With a very high priority response, you will be contacted within 1 hour after raising the case. This token is so special which you can use anytime with 24/7.
